In the attached 2007 academic paper Tshepo Madlingozi, former Khulumani National Advocacy Coordinator (2005-2010) and now a member of Khulumani Board of Directors, calls for a need to turn the spotlight on beneficiaries of Apartheid, not as a form of witch hunt or to absolve the present government's failures, but in order to achieve social reconciliation and ultimately social justice.
