In the attached 2007 academic paper Tshepo Madlingozi, member of the Khulumani Board of Directors, calls for a need to turn the spotlight on beneficiaries of Apartheid, not as a form of witch hunt or to absolve the present government's failures, but in order to achieve social reconciliation and ultimately social justice.
