Victim Surveys

The Khulumani Apartheid Reparation Database (KARD) is the result of more than 10 years of needs assessment surveys conducted in all nine provinces of South Africa by the Khulumani Support Group amongst victims and survivors of gross human rights abuses under Apartheid.
